Project Brief

The question was not if everyone will start using e-cars, but when.

The new sport plug-in hybrid Volkswagen Passat GTE is the example of this new world where everyone receives what they generate. And we had to present to the world that the beloved model has now 3 faces: 100% electric for the city, sport-aggressive and marathon-tough on the highway.

VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT GTE: FESTIVAL OF ELECTRICITY

We’ve created an exhibit of prototypes that produce energy by daily human activities. All guests generated electricity only be stepping on a special e-walkaway, also by drawing with electric ink.

Playground Energy presented their exclusive running mill and geographical map which generated electricity when walking or touching.

All gadgets gathered electricity in real time to charge the battery of VW Passat GTE which made its debutonly driven by the electricity generated from the audience.
